Transformative Teal is WSGN/Coloro's color of the year for 2026! It is a fluid fusion of blue and aquatic green that reflects the diversity of nature and taps into an Earth-first mindset. It represents change and redirection"

Water is transformative, and a key aspect to many environmental and conservation efforts. For this theme, I chose to name the shades after mythological/fictional water spirits from different cultures.

This range aims to take the base color (Sequana/Transformative Teal) and frame it in different ways, utilizing different neutral base tones so that a wide range of people (Even those who don't like/wear teal) can enjoy the theme. The goal isn't a palette of shades that are worn all at once, but rather to allow the color theme to be inclusive to the different preferences of the potential wearer.

As with past year's COTY's, I combined the base tone with a metallic red, a vibrant duochrome, a sparkling gold, a gray/black, a shimmering mocha, and a brilliant white. The result are the shades you see here, with Sequana as the "mother" base shade that is found in them all.

APPLICATION TIP: These colors are all swatched over a light layer of NYX cream eyeshadow base in skintone. A base is helpful to intensify shifts and highlights for a more impactful look.

Sizes: This collection is available in three sizes:

Sample baggie: eighth (1/8) teaspoon in a zip baggie
Deluxe Sample Jar: Quarter (1/4) teaspoon in 3 gram jar. No sifter.
Full Size Jar: 5 gram jar with sifter and top/bottom labels, custom jar art. This size jar contains 3/4 teaspoon which has a minimum net gram weight of 1.2 grams. I label jar weights on the conservatively low side. Product ranges in weight depending on formula from 1.5 to 2 grams.
