By checking off the Terms & Conditions box prior to placing your order, you establish that you understand and accept the store policies detailed here.
If you're new to Aromaleigh and this is your first time perusing my T&C for ordering, Welcome! Aromaleigh is a one woman handcrafting indie cosmetic shop, established all the way back in 1998. I remain true to my handcrafting roots and as such, have some store policies that may differ from sellers of mass manufactured or private label products.

RETURN POLICY:
INTERNAL ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Selecting Priority Mail shipping doesn't make internal TAT faster. It means that your transit time may be faster, depending on your distance from Aromaleigh in South Carolina.
ORDER CHANGES/ADD ONS:
Please make sure that your order is complete and accurate before you place it. Due to the nature of being a one woman company and running a business handcrafting a range of products, order changes are very difficult for me to handle. They also cause delays to your order, as well as the orders of others. Out of fairness to all customers, I maintain a policy that orders are considered final once placed.
HELP, I MADE A MISTAKE!
If you make a mistake on your order, please contact me IMMEDIATELY.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Orders are considered final once placed, and are charged at time of order placement due to the custom nature of purchasing handcrafted, made to order items. However, I am willing to make a one time accomodation of this policy for each customer. A 25% restocking fee applies to orders cancelled after they are placed. This covers my time and labor involved with the order as a one woman handcrafter, as well as the credit card fees that I am charged for your order processing.
Please don't feel pressure to order if you can't afford your purchase. If you need a discount to help offset order cost, please check out the special offers page, or visit the Aromaleigh Aficionadas Facebook page and check out posts from my brand ambassadors, who share their coupon codes. Please don't feel pressured to order due to "FOMO" (Fear of Missing Out). I am a slower paced indie business and don't believe in utilizing FOMO in my marketing.
COUPON CODES MUST BE USED AT TIME OF ORDERING:
Coupons are only valid at the time of order placement. In order to receive a discount, you have to apply the code when you order. I'm unable to apply codes after orders are placed. I offer a one time courtesy if you forget a code, I can determine the discount and send you a gift card in that dollar amount (Same as cash) to use on your next purchase.
RETURNED/REFUSED ORDERS:
Orders that returned undeliverable or refused at time of delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned orders. If you would like a returned order to be reshipped to you, you may pay for reshipment. When you place an order you must be able to accept delivery of your order.
If for any reason your order is sent back to us, refused or undeliverable, you will receive the cost of your product minus the 25% restocking fee if you wish to not have it reshipped at cost. Again, this also applies if you cancel your order after it has been placed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- POTENTIAL ADDITIONAL SHIP COST REQUIREMENT:
International orders for Australia, New Zealand and Japan that go over 8 ounces in weight experience a large jump in cost per USPS rates. This can occur if you order a large amount of sale merchandise, but your order cost is $80 or under. Additional ship cost can be required in these instances, and you'll be contacted prior to being invoiced for any additional shipping. On average, additional ship cost for such orders is around $11-12.
ERRORS/OMISSIONS OF FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE (IF APPLICABLE)
If an error or omission is made with your indicated free gift selection, the store policy is for the correction to be made by inclusion of the correction within a future order's shipment, not via a separate individual shipment. Adjustment can also be made via issuance of a credit (same as cash) to use on a future order in the form of an electronic gift card. Please contact customer service with the details, and you'll be instructed to mention the error in the comments box on a future order so that I can cross-reference our emails and fix the omission.
