Hi there, and welcome! Aromaleigh is a one woman artisan crafter of loose powder mineral cosmetics. I've been crafting mineral foundations for almost 30 years, and they're my flagship products. I offer one of the most extensive shade ranges of mineral foundation, and my products are affordable and available in a range of sizes to suit every need or budget. 

I've had an influx of new customers that formerly used foundation from larger brands and are potentially unfamiliar with how working with a one person, artisan handcrafter is different. This message strives to educate in hopes increased understanding leads to patience during order fulfillment and customers that purchase samples before ordering full sizes.


Alima/Everyday Minerals were much larger companies than Aromaleigh. Their product was mass manufactured, distributed globally, and shipped rapidly using fulfillment centers.


Aromaleigh is an entirely different type of company.


One woman. Handcrafting since 1998. No mass manufacturing. No fulfillment centers. Just one hard working, passionately creative person handling every aspect of your order.


If the things I mention below aren't acceptable to you, and if you're not willing to give a small, one person business the time required to fulfill your order, then I respectfully ask you not to order. I hope you don't take offense to that, but I'm being practical and hoping to save both of us time and potential frustration.


Good things come to those who wait! I require some time to process your order. Items aren't sitting pre-made and ready to ship. Neither time nor space exists to have thousands of shade/size variations ready to ship. Gossamer mineral foundation comes in over 50 shades and 4 different size variations. That's 200 variations of that single product alone. The solution? I keep a small # of samples stocked of most shades, but almost every jar is custom filled and labeled for your orders.

Often, I will require a fresh batch of product to be made for your order. Small mother batches of product are utilized to fill your samples and jars. Statistically, numerous mother batches need to be replenished every week, especially more popular shades.


Your order will take time to ship, and I'm very transparent about my turnaround time "TAT". It's in a link at the top of every page of this website. Right now you should anticipate 3-14 business days in-house processing time. Most orders ship within 3-6 business days. Larger and more complex orders can take longer. Order volume and any recent coupon sale impacts order processing time.


I strive to get mineral foundation sample orders shipped as quickly as possible- I know how excited you are to find a new brand that works for you, and finding your perfect match is the first step!  

Your order is FINAL once placed. No cancellations. I begin work on orders immediately and am charged nonrefundable fees to process your card or paypal. Please don't email me asking to cancel your order because it's taking longer than you'd hoped. 

I offer affordable samples of ALL of my loose mineral products, and am happy to fill your sample orders! You can order as many samples, as often as you like. Because I offer these samples, my product is NON RETURNABLE.

I encourage you to order SAMPLES if you are trying to find a mineral foundation match. Ordering a full size jar and then finding it's not your match is a waste of your money, as the product can't be returned or exchanged.


When you contact customer service, you're not contacting a bot, an AI or a call service employee. Every single message you send comes to me, the owner of the company. Every reply you receive is from me. Thank you for being courteous.
