Indelible Eyeliner Sealant - 1/2 oz bottle

Classic Aromaleigh Indelible Eyeliner Sealant is back- in updated packaging and a new size! Eyeliner sealant is a liquid medium that can be used to blend with loose powders in order to foil them (apply wet) across the entire lid, or to wet line top/bottom eyeliner. 

Instructions: Just a drop is all it takes! Create a smooth paste with loose minerals and sealant. Apply as a liner or foil across your entire lid with a brush. Your minerals will stay put all day long and shimmer will be enhanced!

Ingredients: Water, Propylene glycol, Polysorbate 80. Methylparaben, Imadazolydinyl Urea, Cellulose Gum
